Youssef Chermiti was the unexpected Old Firm hero as Rangers completed a superb second-half comeback to defeat Celtic 3-1 in the Scottish Premiership at Parkhead.
An outstanding individual goal from Yang Hyun-Jun (13) put Celtic into the lead early on. However, Chermiti’s quickfire brace (50, 59) in the second 45 turned the game on its head, before Mikey Moore (71) completed the turnaround by grabbing a richly deserved third.
The result means Rangers move level on points with Celtic in second, and three points behind table-topping Hearts, who face Livingston later on Saturday afternoon.
Here’s how The Scotsman rated the performance of each player as Rangers beat Celtic 3-1 at Parkhead.

13. Arne Engels (Celtic) - 6
Provided a creative outlet for his side when they were in the ascendancy, but became a faded force the more Raskin's influence grew. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

14. Nico Raskin (Rangers) - 8
Made an excellent tackle on the edge of the area just as Maeda went to pull the trigger with the entire goal to aim at. Won the midfield battle for his side, and picked up an assist in the process. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

15. Luke McCowan (Celtic) - 5
Brought back into the starting XI by Nancy, and was involved plenty in the early stages. Faded a little too quickly, though. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

16. Thelo Aasgaard (Rangers) - 4
Picked up an early booking when he was forced to foul McCowan after a slack pass and was removed at half-time for Diomande. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group
