Youssef Chermiti was the unexpected Old Firm hero as Rangers completed a superb second-half comeback to defeat Celtic 3-1 in the Scottish Premiership at Parkhead.
An outstanding individual goal from Yang Hyun-Jun (13) put Celtic into the lead early on. However, Chermiti’s quickfire brace (50, 59) in the second 45 turned the game on its head, before Mikey Moore (71) completed the turnaround by grabbing a richly deserved third.
The result means Rangers move level on points with Celtic in second, and three points behind table-topping Hearts, who face Livingston later on Saturday afternoon.
Here’s how The Scotsman rated the performance of each player as Rangers beat Celtic 3-1 at Parkhead.

1. Kasper Schmeichel (Celtic) - 6
Got a hand to Gassama's chip that looked destined to nestle into the net. An important save at the time. Could do little about Rangers' goals. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

2. Jack Butland (Rangers) - 7
Made two good saves from Kenny in the first-half, but could he have done more for the opening goal? Some will feel he should have done. His other saves kept Rangers in the game at key times, though. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

3. Anthony Ralston (Celtic) - 5
Used his experience to keep Moore quiet in the first-half. He fell apart in the second-half, though, and was to blame for Rangers' second. Ragged. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

4. Dujon Sterling (Rangers) - 6
A tough first-half for the versatile defender, he flipped the script after the break and shut down Celtic, while offering plenty going forward. | PA Photo: PA
