The Scottish Premiership transfer window may have only re-opened last Monday, but already the completed deals, transfer reports and rumours are in full swing as clubs across the country look to add those required addition ahead of the new campaign.
In Sunday’s afternoon transfer bulletin, we’ve got the latest transfer reports from Celtic, Rangers, Motherwell and, the Scotland national team and beyond.

Motherwell star’s phone ‘blowing up’
Motherwell playmaker Elijah Just admits his phone has been “blowing up” following his two-goal haul for New Zealand in the World Cup last week. The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away after an impressive first season at Fir Park last season, and enhanced his reputation further when he scored twice in a 2-2 draw with Iran in his side’s opening game last week.
“It's been really incredible,” said Just. “It's hard to put into words. My phone's been blowing up, a lot of people congratulating me. It's been really nice.I don't mind if it's not me doing the scoring, as long as someone's doing it, and we're getting the points. At the same time I would love to keep scoring, but if any of the other lads, and I'm sure they will score goals, then they deserve some praise as well.
“Everyone was really happy, pleased with the performance (against Iran). But you can't help but feel disappointed that maybe the three points slipped away. The team now remained focused on the challenge ahead. We've stayed pretty grounded. We've not let the good result fool us into thinking that we're just going to turn up and roll over any team. I think we still have a little bit of an underdog mentality, although we really believe in ourselves.”

Lewis Ferguson deal mooted
Scotland international Lewis Ferguson has impressed for Steve Clarke’s side at the World Cup this summer, and Rangers have now been told that they should consider an ambitious bid to lure him back to the Scottish Premiership from Bologna once the tournament concludes. The former Aberdeen man has connections to Ibrox via his father Derek and uncle Barry, who both played for Rangers, and was linked with a potential switch prior to his move to Serie A four years ago.
About to enter the final 12 months of his contract at Renato Dall'Ara Stadium this month, reports claim Ferguson will ‘revaluate’ his future in the coming weeks, and ex-Rangers midfielder Ian McCall has urged his former club to offer Belgian midfielder Nico Raskin to the Italian top-flight side in a swap in order to try and complete a deal to bring him back to the UK shores.
“This is not inside information,” McColl told BBC Sportsound. “But I am tipping a deal done for a swap with Raskin and Ferguson, and there will be a bit of money involved. I think Raskin will go to Bologna and Ferguson will go to Rangers. It's a total hunch. I think Raskin is worth more than Ferguson. I think Raskin is potentially top notch."

Celtic target ‘can leave’
Celtic long-term wing target Jakob Breum will be allowed to leave the club this summer after the 22-year-old rejected the offer of a new contract with Go Ahead Eagles. First linked with a move to Glasgow over a year ago, reports claimed Celtic had launched a succession of bids for a player who delivered 10 goals and five assists during the 24/25 Eredivisie season.
Despite interest in his services, he remained at De Adelaarshorst last season and went on to enjoy another productive season, contributing to 12 goals as the club finished mid-table. Capable of playing on the wing or in a central attacking role, the Denmark youth international also had rumoured interest from across the continent, and Go Ahead Eagles technical director Marc van Hintum has now admitted Breum could leave the club this summer.
The Go Ahead Eagles supremo admits the club will not stand in the player's way if he wants to depart this summer, with Denmark Under-21 international cap refusing to sign a new deal with the Eredivisie side: "Jakob is only under contract for another year and does not want to sign an extension,” he told Voetbal International. “That means he is allowed to leave if a good offer comes in, but so far that has not happened. There is nothing concrete happening regarding him yet."

Rangers told asking price
Rangers have been told they must stump up a fee of £8million if they want to sign Sunderland goalkeeper Anthony Patterson this summer, according to reports. The 26-year-old stopper spent the second half of last season on loan to Millwall, and has significant interest in his services, with Wrexham and Rangers both said to be mulling over an offer for the former England Under-21 international.
A two-time promotion winner at the Stadium of Light, he fell down the pecking order under head coach Regis Le Bris last season following the £10million arrival of Robin Roefs, and the Wearsiders are now ready to cash in on the goalkeeper, who still has two years left on his current deal at Sunderland.
According to The Sun, Wrexham have explored the option of a potential loan deal for Patterson next season as they look to replace regular number one Arthur Okonkwo, but the Black Cats are not prepared to sanction a temporary exit and have instead indicated they want to offload him on a permanent deal.
