It was another big summer transfer window for fans of the Scotland national team, with several Scottish players moving on to pastures new during pre-season.
Scott McTominay and Billy Gilmour dominated the headlines last summer when they made bigger summer moves to Napoli. However, many of their international teammates have followed suit in taking their careers overseas, with the likes of Scott McKenna and Lennon Miller taking on new adventures in Croatia and Italy, respectively.
Established names such as Grant Hanley, Angus Gunn, and Kieran Tierney also made summer moves when their contracts expired in June, with Hibs, Nottingham Forest, and Celtic all snapping up the experienced pros.
Here we look at the 13 Scotland internationals who completed summer transfers and assess how they have done for their new teams in the first half of the season. Who has found success ahead of next summer’s World Cup - and who needs more regular game-time?

9. Kieran Tierney - Celtic
The Celtic fans' favourite returned to his boyhood club in the summer after a six-year stay with Arsenal. Having struggled for fitness in the opening weeks of the campaign, Tierney has started to produce some strong performances, alongside a knack for scoring goals, with three goals in his last seven league games. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

10. Robby McCrorie - Esbjerg (loan)
Having failed to impress at Kilmarnock, the 27-year-old made the decision to join Danish top flight outfit Esbjerg. Having struggled for regular football his entire career, McCrorie has developed into a key player for the Danes, and is their regular number one, which will give him hope that he can make next summer's World Cup squad. | Getty Images

11. Scott McKenna - Dinamo Zagreb
Became the first Scot to play in the Croatian top flight when he completed a move from Las Palmas in the summer. McKenna has flourished with Dinamo Zagreb and is one of the team's most important players as they pursue the league title. Currently one clear at the top of the table, the former Aberdeen defender has been described as "calm and cool like a good spritzer" by fans on social media. | PA Photo: PA

12. Scott Bain - Falkirk
Became the forgotten man towards the tail end of his long stint with Celtic. His move to Falkirk in the summer has paid dividends, though. Performing admirably upon their return to the Scottish Premiership, the experienced Bain has been one of the league's top-performing goalkeepers and returned to the Scotland squad last month. | SNS Group Photo: (Photo: Ross MacDonald/SNS Group)
