It was another big summer transfer window for fans of the Scotland national team, with several Scottish players moving on to pastures new during pre-season.
Scott McTominay and Billy Gilmour dominated the headlines last summer when they made bigger summer moves to Napoli. However, many of their international teammates have followed suit in taking their careers overseas, with the likes of Scott McKenna and Lennon Miller taking on new adventures in Croatia and Italy, respectively.
Established names such as Grant Hanley, Angus Gunn, and Kieran Tierney also made summer moves when their contracts expired in June, with Hibs, Nottingham Forest, and Celtic all snapping up the experienced pros.
Here we look at the 13 Scotland internationals who completed summer transfers and assess how they have done for their new teams in the first half of the season. Who has found success ahead of next summer’s World Cup - and who needs more regular game-time?

5. Max Johnston - Derby County
Returned to British shores in the summer after a three-year stint in Austria with Sturm Graz. His move to Derby County has not quite worked out for him as yet, with the injury he picked up in October curtailing his involvement for the Rams. Before that, he'd been a regular feature for John Eustace's team, though, and will be aiming to pick up where he left off in the new year. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

6. Ben Gannon-Doak - AFC Bournemouth
Made the brave decision to leave Liverpool in the summer in search of regular first-team football with Bournemouth. Gradually introduced to the team following his summer arrival, he picked up an assist in a 3-1 win over Fulham but was struck down with injury during Scotland's memorable 4-2 over Denmark and hasn't appeared since. 7. Ross Doohan - Celtic
Having made a surprise Scotland debut against Liechtenstein in June, Doohan returned to his former club Celtic on a free transfer in the summer. Signed as a back-up option, he's not featured at all, outside of being named on the bench a couple of times in the Europa League. Still just 27, he's not played a full 90 minutes since his debut for the national team over six months ago. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

8. Cieran Slicker - Barnet (loan)
The Ipswich Town goalkeeper has been steadily regaining his confidence after his nightmare Scotland debut against Iceland. Saved two penalties in one game earlier in the season, and has seven clean sheets in his first 18 games for the EFL League Two side. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group
