Scotland’s World Cup adventure is now just a mere four months away, and discussions over which players Steve Clarke should select within his squad are already dominating the headlines.
It took almost three decades to seal their return to the World Cup, but the Tartan Army will attest that it was well worth the wait, with the 4-2 win over Denmark that secured qualification to the tournament in the United States, Mexico, and Canada one of the most historic nights in Scottish football history.
Many will be praying they are on the head coach's mind ahead of the summer, but there are also a number of Scotland internationals also sweating over their future at club level, with plenty Scottish talents out of contract this coming summer.
Here are the top 15 Scotland internationals that are set to become free agents in the summer:

1. Angus Gunn - Nottingham Forest
The goalkeeper left Norwich City following the expiry of his contract last summer, joining Nottingham Forest on a Bosman free transfer. Has worked under three managers in less than a year at the City Ground and played just one league game for the club. He's out of contract in the summer - looks likely to leave. | SNS Group

2. Lyndon Dykes - Charlton Athletic
Moved to the Valley on a permanent deal on transfer deadline day, signing until the end of the current campaign. Has scored one and assisted two more in his first six games, but is due to be out of contract in the summer unless the Addicks negotiate a new deal with him. | Getty Images

3. Jack Hendry - Al-Ettifaq
The experienced centre-back has spent the last few seasons in the Saudi Pro League, having signed for Al-Ettifaq in 2023. Out of contract in the summer, he's been loosely linked with a summer move to the MLS. | Getty Images

4. Ross Stewart - Southampton
After an injury hit two-and-a-half seasons with Southampton, the former Sunderland striker is beginning to show why the Saints paid £8million for him back in the summer of 2023. Has scored four goals and assisted two more in just six starts this season, and is getting back to his best. | PA
