Scotland have kicked off their World Cup campaign with a narrow 1-0 win over Haiti in Group C
John McGinn scored what proved to be the winning goal on 28 minutes when his effort from a Che Adams rebound was deflected home.
Thousands of Scotland fans were inside the Boston Stadium in Foxborough to witness the nation’s first win on the global stage since 1990, when they overcame Sweden 2-1 in Genoa.
They were made to work by a stubborn Haiti side that pushed the Scots all the way to the end, but a strong defensive performance saw them through.
Scotland sit top of the group after the opening round of fixtures after Brazil and Scotland drew 1-1 earlier in the day.
The next match for Scotland is against Morocco, also in Foxborough, on Friday night before facing Brazil in Miami on Wednesday, June 24.
Here are our player ratings from Scotland 1-0 Haiti.

5. Andy Robertson
The captain was kept on his toes by lively winger Deedson in the first half. Got forward when he could and had some nice link-up play with McGinn. Delivered a couple of delicious crosses. 7 | PA

6. Ben Gannon-Doak
The winger is in this team to create moments and he played a huge part in McGinn's opener, beating his man and firing over a cross that led to the goal. Scotland's chief outlet, he had a couple of decent run at the Haitian backline. Also played his part defensively - and even celebrated chaperoning the ball out for a goal kick. 7. Lewis Ferguson
A no-frills but very important performance in midfield. Stood up to the physical battle against the Haitians and won a number of clever free-kicks. In a game that was always open, the ballast he gave Scotland was very important. 8 | AFP via Getty Images

8. Scott McTominay
Recovered from a stomach bug to take his place in the team. Sent a header over the bar and then cracked the post when the score was 0-0. Faded as the game went on - understandable given what he's been through this week. 7 | PA
