Here are our player ratings from Scotland 1-0 Haiti.

1. Angus Gunn
Selected ahead of Gordon. His biggest moment came in the first half when he spilled a Providence shot, only to recover well and smother the rebound. Assured handling from a couple of dangerous crosses. Vindicated his selection. 7 | PA

2. Aaron Hickey
Was given a proper test by Providence down his flank. Booked right at the start of second half for hauling him down. Just about held firm. Wasn't able to be an attacking threat. Made way for Patterson on 75 minutes. 6 | Getty Images

3. Grant Hanley
A very dependable player for Scotland and he didn't let his country down here. Relished the physical battle with Pierrot. Reacted smartly to a Gunn spillage to snuff out the danger. Can be very pleased with his night's work. 8 | Getty Images

4. Jack Hendry
This was a good performance from the centre-half. Made an excellent headed clearance to stop Isidor from scoring in the first half. Kept the Sunderland man pretty quiet. Used the ball well from the back. 8 | PA
