These are the latest reports from Rangers, Celtic, Motherwell, Dundee, and the Scotland national team.

Dundee reject bid
Dundee have knocked back an offer from EFL Championship outfit Portsmouth for defender Luke Graham. Earlier in the window, head coach Steven Pressley had warned clubs interested in the youngster that it would take a “serious offer” to prize the player away from Dens Park this month, and the Dundee boss has now confirmed John Mousinho’s side have been the first to test the water with a six-figure offer.
““I know there’s been a bid,” Pressley said. “Rejected, I would imagine so. I think you’ll see by his performance today [against Kilmarnock in a 2-1 Scottish Cup win ] that he’s an outstanding young player and we aren’t surprised with the attention as a club. We’ve worked exceptionally hard with that kid. The development programme around him has been immense and if he was to go it would have to be a really high figure.” Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen and Hearts have also been credited with an interest in the 21-year-old this month.

Scotland man in surprise Euro move
Scotland international Andy Irving has left English Premier League outfit West Ham United to sign for Czech champions Sparta Prague for an undisclosed fee. Capped once by the national team, the 25-year-old had started just two league games for the East London outfit this season and was linked to Celtic during the summer transfer window.
The former Hearts star began his career in Scotland before making a Bosman free transfer move to the Bavarian club Türkgücü München. However, it was during a stint with Austria Klagenfurt where he hit the headlines, scoring a 22-minute hat-trick against league leaders Red Bull Salzburg in a 4–3 win. His form in the Austrian Bundesliga resulted in the Edinburgh-born player being brought back to UK shores by then-West Ham boss David Moyes in the summer of 2024, with the Hammers agreeing a fee of £1.5million
A short statement on the Hammers website said: "Everyone would like to thank Andy for his hard work, commitment and professionalism, and wish him and his family all the best for the future."

Rangers rule out exit
Rangers head coach Danny Rohl is not considering an exit for Oliver Antman this month, despite weekend reports that the 24-year-old could leave Ibrox before the end of the month. According to reports, the signing of Andreas Skov Olsen had threatened the future of the Finland international, who only joined the club in the summer from Eredivisie side Go Ahead Eagles.
The winger missed the 5-0 win over Annan Athletic in the Scottish Cup on Friday night with illness, having only recently returned to fitness following a muscle complaint. Despite murmurs that Antman could be allowed to depart this month, it has now been reported that Rohl plans to include him in his squad in the weeks and months ahead as they look to push league leaders Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premiership.

Motherwell boss speaks on top scorer
Meanwhile, Motherwell boss Jen Berthel Askou is ready to fight to keep striker Tawanda Maswanhise at the club amid rumoured interest from Celtic.
Hoops boss Martin O’Neill was spotted at Motherwell’s clash with Ross County at the weekend, but the Fir Park boss is remaining calm in the face of interest in his top scorer. “Am I calm about it? Yeah,” said Berthel Askou. “There was also interest in our players in the last window. That interest has been growing and will hopefully grow until we find the right moment with the player to move them on. That moment is not now.”

Celtic launch striker bid
Celtic have submitted an official bid for promising teenager striker Michael Noonan, according to a report from Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano over the weekend. Viewed as one of the most promising young forwards in Europe at present, the Shamrock Rovers hitman has bagged nine goals in 46 senior appearances and has interest from several clubs on the continent.
Despite launching an official bid for the 17-year-old, it is believed that Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim is also in the running for the youngster and has already entered advanced talks with the player. As per Romano’s report, the PreZero Arena side is hoping to tie up a deal quickly to strengthen their attacking options.
