The airline will run flights from Glasgow to the Polish capital for the first time.

Budget airline Ryanair has launched its flight schedule from Glasgow for summer 2026 - including two new routes to European cities.

The airline has revealed it will run flights from Glasgow to Warsaw Modlin for the first time.

The Polish capital has sky-rocketed in popularity as a major cultural and foodie destination in recent years, and is considered a trendier and more cosmopolitan city than Kraków in the south.

The airline also announced a new route to London Stanstead, as well as more frequent flights to Málaga - the historic city on the Costa del Sol.

It also promised more regular connections to Kraków, Poland’s second largest city and prime city break destination.

In November, Easyjet announced new summer services from Glasgow to Malta, Pisa, Lisbon and Sharm El Sheikh, as well as a new route from Inverness to Birmingham.

The new flights to the Portuguese capital, one of the most popular city break destinations in Europe, will operate twice-weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays from March 29 next year.

Its flights to Pisa and Sharm El Sheikh will start on August 1 , while the new Mediterranean route to Malta will start from August 4.

Commenting on the latest announcement, Ryanair’s Director of Communications, Jade Kirwan, said: “Ryanair is pleased to launch our Summer 2026 schedule at Glasgow, offering 8 routes including 2 exciting new routes to London Stansted and Warsaw Modlin.

“We will also operate extra frequencies on 2 other routes, including popular holiday hotspot – Málaga , as well as a top city break destination – Krakow.

“Ryanair’s exciting new schedule at Glasgow offers our customers across Scotland with even more low-fare choice and regular connections for their Summer 2026 getaways.”
