After what is probably the greatest political comeback in American history, Donald Trump has moved into the White House for the second time.
President Trump’s second inauguration took place on Monday, January 20, weeks after his landslide win over Kamala Harris, who attended the ceremony with outgoing President Joe Biden.
The new Leader of the Free World, whose mother comes from Scotland and who owns two Scottish golf courses, made many promises to his supporters on the campaign trail.
And he’s started to deliver on day one, signing a slew of executive orders which indicate the direction he will be taking over the next four years.
Here are 15 of the main ones - and what they mean for America and the world.

13. Only two genders in America
President Tump has ordered that in America there will now be “only two genders, male and female”, dialing back on the acceptance of gender identity that has become the hotly-contested norm in the country. This is likely to mean that trans athletes will not longer be allowed to compete in sports events against competitors that do not share their birth gender. | Getty Images

14. Declaring a National Border Emergency
The declaration of a National Border Emergency at the southern US border with Mexico will mean that US troops could be deployed to stop any illegal immigration. It will also allow Trump to unilaterally unlock funding for border wall construction - something he was a big fan of during his first term. It's thought to be a first shot in a war on illegal imigration that will lead to a series of mass deportations set to start before the end of January. | AFP via Getty Images

15. TikTok ban pause
It seems that using social media platform TikTok over the election race has softened President Trump's stance on it - he had previously been supportive of a ban of the China-owned platform. Now he's ordered a 75 day delay of a federal ban, leading to TikTok to publicly thank him. He is now promising to look for an “appropriate course forward”. | Getty Images
