A 15-year-old teenager has been arrested after a police chase on Princes Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Edinburgh police said they stopped a stolen vehicle on the city centre street following a short pursuit at around 4am.

The driver of the vehicle then made off but was later captured by officers.
