Scotland has become a popular filming spot for Hollywood in recent year - from The Avengers, Batman and Spider-man, to Frankenstein, James Bond and Indiana Jones, everywhere from Waverley Station to Glencoe has popped up in the background of the biggest of big screen blockbusters.
This year it will be standing in for some of the most famous locations in Greek mythology in director Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of Homer’s epic poem The Odyssey.
It tells the story of Odysseus, the king of Ithaca, and his journey home after the decade-long Trojan War.
Coming after Nolan’s hugely successful Oscar-dominating biopic Oppenheimer, it is expected to keep multiplexes packed for weeks over the summer.
The world premiere of the film takes place in London this evening (Monday, July 6) with many of the impressive cast in attendance - including the likes of Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong'o, Zendaya and Charlize Theron.
Nolan travelled the world to make the film, with parts shot in Morocco, Greece, Italy, Iceland, and Western Sahara and the USA.
And several scenes were also set in Scotland, with many of those famous faces seen around the Moray coast during filming.
Here are the places to look out for when settling down in your local cinema to watch the film.

The castle dates back to the 13th century and was bolstered by King Alexander III of Scotland in the 1260s to help repel an invasion by King Haakon IV of Norway. It didn't work and the Norwegians managed to take the castle. The ruins we see today are part of a rebuilding project carried out in the 14th century, modelled on Rosslyn Castle, near Edinburgh. 3. Burghead
The small coastal village of Burghead, located around eight miles north-west of Elgin is expected to feature in the film after lead actors, including Matt Damon and Tom Holland, were seen boarding boats in its historic habour. | Canva/Getty Images

4. Burghead
The town is particularly picturesque, being built on a peninsula jutting out into the Moray Firth, meaning it is surrounded on three sides by water. The current village dates back to the start of the 19th century, although it is thought it was previously the location of a Pictish fort dating back to the 7th century. | Canva/Getty Images
