American singer-songwriter Mitski played a sold out Glasgow Barrowland venue last night (Monday, May 12) as part of a launch tour for her latest critically-acclaimed album Nothing’s About to Happen to Me.
Long queues started to form outside the venue long before doors opened at 7pm, but it was a performance worth waiting for.
Despite being billed as lasting around 40 minutes, Mitski played for well over an hour with a career-spanning 19-song set.
Along with 10 tracks from her newest album there was also room for at least one song from each of her other seven studio albums.
The singer was in great form throughout, talking about her love of Glasgow and offering fans tips on keeping their knees healthy at gigs (don’t lock them, was the valuable advice).
Here are 15 pictures of the memorable night, and the full setlist.
