It’s going to be a big night for the multu-talented star’s Scottish fans.
Hilary Duff first found fame as a child actress, first in Disney television show Lizzie McGuire and then in Hollywood films such as Agent Cody Banks, Cheaper by the Dozen and A Cinderella Story .
She entered the music industry in 2002 with debut festive studio album Santa Claus Lane, before going to the number one spot on the American Billboard charts with her second, Metamorphosis.
Since then there have been a further three successful studio albums, with her sixth, Luck... or Something set to be released later this month.
In her spare time she has also become a best-selling author with a trilogy of novels; Elixir, Devoted and True.
She’s now preparing to set out on a huge tour in support of her new album and there’s good news for Scottish fans - with a date in Glasgow.

Hilary Duff will be playing Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on Sunday, September 13. Doors will be at 6.30pm.

As has become standard, there are a fair few presales available to let you get tickets before they go on general sale.
Customers of OVO Energy will also be able to access tickets from 10am on Tuesday, February 17, here. If you aren’t with OVO it’s perhaps worth asking around friends and family to see if they are.
Customers of 02 Mobile will also get access to tickets from 10am on Tuesday, February 17, via the Priority App.

How much are tickets to see Hilary Duff in Glasgow?
Prices for the Hydro gig will range from £48.65 - £388.60 (plus the inevitable booking free) depending upon where you are sitting or standing.
Are there any age restrictions for Hilary Duff at the Hydro?
Standing is over 14s only, while you must be over 8 in the seated areas. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
