Two top courses teed up in 2026 Aberdeen Golf Links Pro Am
Royal Aberdeen and Trump International Links’ Old Course staging next month’s event
Spots are still up for grabs in an event being played at two of Scotland’s top-rated courses next month.
The Aberdeen Golf Links Pro Am, which is run by Paul Lawrie’s Five Star Sports Agency, is being held at Royal Aberdeen and Trump International Golf Links on 22 and 23 April.
It will see competitors follow in the spikemarks of the likes of Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose when they tackle Royal Aberdeen, where the Scottish Open was staged in 2014.
They will also face the challenge of the highly-regarded Old Course at Trump International Golf Links, where Grant Forrest won the Nexo Championship on the DP World Tour last year.
Past winners of the event include 2022 champion Daniel Young, who is now playing on the DP World Tour after graduating from the HotelPlanner Tour.
Others to triumph in it have been Paul O’Hara (2019), Tom Higson (2021), Sean Lawrie (2023), Greg Dalziel (2024) and Nick McCarthy (2025).
Each team will consist of three amateurs and one professional, with a drinks reception and prize-giving taking place on 23 April at The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen.
Titleist and FootJoy are the official suppliers of goodies and team prizes, with a team costing £1,895 plus VAT.
