Glasgow Warriors’ 2025/26 URC season ended in the most disappointing of ways as the Bulls left Murrayfield as 22-21 winners to secure their spot in the Grand Final.
Franco Smith’s side were far from the heights they had shown through the campaign at a time when it really mattered. An impressive first-half showing looked to have set them up to see the game out, but too many players went missing after the break and the visitors took full advantage.
Here is how we rated the Glasgow Warriors players from the URC semi-final defeat at the hands of the Bulls at Murrayfield:

13. Stafford McDowall - 5
Solid defensive effort but wasn't able to bring much in an attacking sense. An uncharacteristically disappointing performance in what has been a stand-out season for the centre | SNS Group

14. Kyle Steyn - 8
Two well-taken tries and still had plenty to do to get the first finished off. Such an important player for club and country as he showed again but another who just couldn't get involved in the second half | SNS Group

15. Josh McKay - 7
Got about well and was involved in a lot of Warriors' best attacking efforts. Kicking and kick defence was solid. | SNS Group

16. Replacements - 2
Nothing to be said really. None were able to impact the game while Hastings was unlucky to give away a penalty with his first touch. | SNS Group
