There’s no hotter ticket in London in summer than for the Wimbledon Royal Box - offering around 80 exclusive seats from which to watch the world’s best tennis players.
It has been a fixture at the Centre Court since it was built in 1922 and, to bag a spot, you need to be invited by the Chair and the Committee of Management at the All England Club.
According to the Wimbledon website, to do so you’ll need to belong to a rarified group of people, namely: “British and overseas Royal Families...heads of government, people from the world of tennis, commercial partners, British armed forces, prominent media organisations... and other walks of life."
The final ‘other walks of life’ category tend to mean music, sport, film and TV stars - meaning anybody from Mary Berry to Tom Cruise could turn up on any given day.
As we reach the final days of this year’s Wimbledon, here are 20 stars who have been spotted enjoying the hospitality (Royal Box attendees get a free lunch and access to a free bar).
