The climax to an exhilarating Scottish Premiership season may have come less than 48 hours ago, but the anticipated for the 2026/27 season is already underway.
Hearts pushed them all the way to the very end, but it was Celtic who retained their crown for a fifth successive season, as late goals from Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand sealed a 3-1 victory over their title rivals on Saturday. However, Hearts will be desperate to enact revenge when the new season gets underway, while Rangers won’t be content with playing third wheel.
Both Motherwell and Hibs will be knocking on the door too, almost both sides proved their capabilities last season with wins against the top three, while Falkirk, Aberdeen, Dundee United and others will be eyeing a top half finish.
But where will each team finish come the end of the campaign? Here is where every team is predicted to finish in the Scottish Premiership table come May 2027*.
