Conference League draw 26/27: TV and streaming details, plus Rangers, Hearts, Hibs, Motherwell potential opponents

Here’s who Rangers, Hearts, Hibs and Motherwell could face in the Conference League draw if they qualify via the playoffs this week - and how to watch the draw live.

The Scottish Premiership could have up to four participants in the Conference League this season, with Rangers, Hearts, Hibs and Motherwell all looking to secure qualification via the playoffs this week.

Heading into the game with a 1-0 lead against Jablonec, Rangers have a strong chance of qualification, while Hibs’ 0-0 draw away with Gent last week means a win at Easter Road in the return leg will see them through to the Conference League for the first time.

Both Hearts and Motherwell have work to do, however, with the former drawing 2-2 at home to Rapid Wien at Tynecastle last week, while Motherwell face a difficult task away to last season’s beaten Europa League finalists Freiburg, who hold a 3-1 first-leg lead after last week’s game at Fir Park. Either way, the quartet of Scottish clubs still stand a fighting chance of participating in the Conference League proper as they battle it out in their second legs this coming Thursday night.

This means that all four Scottish clubs hoping to qualify do no yet officially know which teams they could land in Friday’s draw for the League Phase of the Conference League. This begins on October 15, and will see each qualified team play six fixtures against six different opponents, with three games at home and three games away.

Every club is drawn against two opponents from each pot (playing one at home and one away). Each Scottish club will have their pot determined if, and when, they secure qualification to the League Phase of the competition via the playoffs.
