Aberdeen defender Jack Milne cleared of racism as Scottish FA tribunal delivers verdict
Livingston striker alleged he had been subjected to racist language
Aberdeen defender Jack Milne has been cleared of making a racist comment towards Livingston striker Jeremy Bokila during a Scottish Premiership match in January.
The Scottish Football Association launched an investigation after 37-year-old Bokila, who was reportedly in tears in the dressing room, alleged he had been subjected to racist language following an-off-the-ball incident which resulted in both players being sent off.
However, a Scottish FA tribunal has found that the allegation was not proven and Milne will face no action.

A Dons statement read: "Following an allegation of a breach of Disciplinary Rule 81 by our player, Jack Milne, during January’s SPFL Premiership match with Livingston at Pittodrie, the Scottish FA convened a Disciplinary Tribunal which today notified the parties that the allegation was not proven.
"Throughout this process, Jack has consistently and vehemently denied the allegation made against him, and the Club has continued to support him during what has been a very difficult and distressing period for all involved.
"It goes without saying that Aberdeen FC condemns all forms of racism and discrimination unequivocally. The Club now considers this matter closed and will make no further comment."
