Scotland’s Euro 2024 campaign is over after a 1-0 defeat by Hungary.
After a tense night in Stuttgart, Scotland finish Group A in last spot with one point after a goal in the tenth minute of stoppage time from Kevin Csoboth condemned them to defeat. Hungary will now have to wait for the other pools to conclude to discover if they will progress into the knock-out stages.
We give all the starters involved a mark out of ten for their performance against the Hungarians on a dramatic night in Germany.

5. Anthony Ralston
Targeted once more down his flank but was much more resolute than in previous matches - and wasn't afraid to get forward when possible. A good performance from the right-back. 7 | PA

6. Scott McTominay
Busy at both ends of the pitch without doing anything tangible in the opening stages. Picked up a cruel booking to rule him out of potential last-16 tie. Never stopped working but limited influence. 6 | PA

7. Billy Gilmour
Always comfortable in possession and was the only Scottish player in the first half to play the ball into channels and space. Kept prompting without success before he was replaced in the latter stages. 6 | PA

8. Callum McGregor
Always working hard in midfield and tidy enough on the ball without being a major influence going forward. 5 | PA
