Rangers will be hoping the 24/25 Scottish Premiership season will be the one where they finally to topple Old Firm rivals Celtic and reclaim their title as champions.
Phillipe Clement's side had looked like they could wrestle the title back from the Hoops in early 2024, but ultimately ended the season eight points behind their nearest rivals in 23/24. Coupled with a last minute Scottish Cup defeat to the Hoops, it was largely a season to forget for Gers fans and a summer of change has now reigned on Ibrox.
Connor Goldson become the latest player to depart the club, moving to Aris Limassol this morning (July 30), as the defender joined former big earners John Lundstram, Kemar Roofe and Borna Barisic in the Rangers departures lounge. Todd Cantwell, James Tavernier and Ianis Hagi could also soon follow.
With those players departing, who is now the highest paid player at Rangers heading into the new season? Which highly paid player will be expected to earn his coin by standing tall against their Old Rivals this coming season?
These are the top 15 Rangers players with the highest weekly salary, according to SalarySport.*
