It’s been a slow start to the January transfer window, but business has begun to pick up in recent days.

Already today we had moves made by Rangers to seal deals for Scott Wright from Aberdeen and to tie down promising defender Nathan Patterson on a longer deal.

Celtic’s stars continue to attract interest while Hearts made the biggest signing of the day – literally – by landing Ivorian giant Armand Gnanduillet from under the noses of a host of English clubs.

There was, of course, plenty of other news happening away from the transfer window though and we kept you abreast of all the action, and reaction happening as the evening progressed in our live blog.
