Philippe Clement’s Rangers side head into this weekend’s Old Firm match with Celtic knowing nothing less than a win will do if they are to keep their dream of winning Scottish Premiership alive.
Celtic hold the advantage in the title race and are currently three points ahead of their Glasgow rivals with a superior goal difference (+58 to Rangers +53). However, should Rangers obtain their first win at Celtic Park since October 2020, it would set up a blockbuster finish to the Scottish Premiership season.
Clement has a number of injury issues heading into the game though, with Leon Balogun doubtful and Connor Goldson, Abdallah Sima and Rabbi Matondo all ruled out. The Belgian boss must also decide whether to restore Tom Lawrence to the side after last week’s impressive cameo from the bench or stick with Todd Cantwell in midfield.
There’s question marks at left-back to. Will Ridvan Yilmaz be recalled in place of the out of form Borna Barisic? There’s plenty to ponder for the Belgian with less than 24 hours to go.
The Scotsman has predicted how Rangers will line up this Saturday. Do you agree with our line up?

5. LB: Ridvan Yilmaz
He returned to first team action last week and we think he will get the nod ahead of Borna Barisic to start the game this weekend. Yilmaz has enjoyed a positive campaign and offers Rangers more than Croatian at present. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

6. CM: John Lundstram
Despite being linked with a move away from the club, the Scouse midfielder will be a starter at Celtic Park tomorrow. He has plenty of experience in this fixture and will sit just in front of the back four. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

7. CM: Mohamed Diomande
A real star in the Ibrox engine room since his loan move in January, the performance of Ivorian will go a long to decide who wins tomorrow's game. He will sit just in front of Lundstram in the Rangers midfield. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

8. CAM: Todd Cantwell
Clement's biggest dilemma will be whether to stick with the former Norwich City playmaker or bring Tom Lawrence back into the starting XI. We think he will opt for Cantwell though. Lawrence really struggled during the 3-3 draw with Celtic last month and that is likely to play on the Belgian boss' mind. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
