How to watch Rangers v St Mirren
Rangers and St Mirren meet at Ibrox in the final match of 2025 on Tuesday night.
Both clubs will look back on the past 12 months through different lenses with St Mirren enjoying a year for the ages by securing an unprecedented third consecutive top six finish before lifting their fifth major trophy by defeating Celtic in the League Cup final at Hampden earlier this month.
Rangers, on the other hand, will be glad to see the back of a crazy year that saw them come under new American ownership and go through four different managers while making their worst start to a league campaign in 47 years.
The Govan side started the calendar year with Philippe Clement in charge and will end it with Danny Rohl at the helm having disposed of Russell Martin after just 17 games in October with Barry Ferguson having also held the reins on an interim basis between February and May.
Rangers have shown some signs of recovery under Rohl with seven wins in his 10 league matches and just one defeat, which came away to leaders Hearts 10 days ago. His side are nine points off the top and six behind Celtic with the first Old Firm of his tenure next up at Parkhead on Saturday.
St Mirren sit ninth in the table and are unbeaten in five matches but were disappointed to be held to a goalless draw at home by struggling Kilmarnock on Saturday. Stephen Robinson’s side are also unbeaten in their last four meetings with Rangers.
