Rangers vs Celtic injury news: 11 out as Derek McInnes and Martin O'Neill left with several major decisions

Here is the latest team news ahead of Rangers v Celtic in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final at Ibrox on Sunday.

Rangers and Celtic will clash for the first time this season as the two Glasgow giants meet in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final at Ibrox this Sunday (kick-off: 12pm).

Both sides enter the game on the back of strong domestic form, with Rangers’ last-gasp 1-0 victory over St Mirren on Wednesday their fourth successive win. Meanwhile, Celtic beat St Johnstone by the same scoreline at McDiarmid Park in midweek to make it six straight league wins under manager Martin O’Neill.

However, as attention turns to the Premier Sports Cup, both sides will be looking to progress to the final four of the competition as they face off for the first time in the 2026/27 season, before they draw swords once again at Celtic Park next weekend in the Scottish Premiership.
