Rangers confirm Ivor Pandur transfer as fee and contract details disclosed
Ibrox side swoop for new No 1
Rangers have confirmed the signing of Croatian goalkeeper Ivor Pandur from Hull City.
The 26-year-old has joined on a four-year deal from the newly-promoted English Premier League side. Rangers say that the fee is undisclosed, although it is understood that the Ibrox outfit have shelled out a fee in the region of £6 million for the stopper.
Pandur is currently with the Croatian national team at the World Cup and is preparing for Friday morning’s last-32 tie against Portugal. He has served as a back-up to Dominik Livakovic during the tournament.

Pandur is expected to be Rangers’ new No 1, with Jack Butland expected to depart Govan for Hull in a separate transaction. The 33-year-old has been at the club for the past three seasons.
Formerly of Rijeka, Hellas Verona and Fortuna Sittard, Pandur helped Hull into the top flight of English football via the play-offs this season, which earned him a place at the World Cup.
He becomes Rangers’ fourth signing of a busy summer transfer window so far alongside defenders Ross McCrorie and Ben Godfrey, plus striker Lawrence Shankland.
“We are delighted to bring Ivor to Rangers,” said Rangers manager Derek McInnes. “He is a goalkeeper with excellent presence and a strong character. He has shown his quality, he is at a good stage of his career, and we believe he can be a commanding figure for the club.
“I am looking forward to welcoming Ivor into the team when he returns from the World Cup.”
On making the move, Pandur added: “I am honoured and privileged to sign for such a big club with so much history. This club knows how to win and that's exactly why I am joining Rangers.
“I can’t wait to hear the noise of Ibrox for the first time and I hope we will be successful together.”
