Rangers agree new two-year deal with 30y/o - 'I love being here'
Scotland World Cup squad member extends stay at Ibrox
Rangers goalkeeper Liam Kelly has penned a new two-year deal with the club.
Kelly is currently with Scotland at the World Cup, but Rangers announced on Tuesday afternoon that the 30-year-old is now contracted until the summer of 2028.
A signing in the summer of 2024 on a free transfer from Motherwell, Kelly has largely been understudy to No 1 Jack Butland, but has made 16 appearances for his boyhood club in the past two years. His contract was due to expire this month, but Rangers have moved to keep him for a further two campaigns.

"I'm delighted to extend my stay here at Rangers,” said Kelly. "Coming back to the club has been a special experience and I love being here. We've got a really strong and competitive goalkeeping department, which pushes us all to improve every day, and it's certainly an environment I enjoy being part of.
"It's exciting to commit to what the club is desperate to achieve, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work as hard as I can with my teammates to do our utmost to create special memories for our fans in the years ahead."
Rangers head coach Danny Rohl said: “We're thrilled that Liam has signed a contract extension.
“He is a consummate professional who sets a brilliant example in his everyday work. Whether it’s on the pitch, on the training ground or supporting his teammates behind the scenes, his attitude and commitment never waver.
“Liam’s experience and knowledge of this football club are invaluable. He understands exactly what it means to represent the badge, and we're pleased that he'll continue to play a key role as we look to achieve our goals.”
