Despite neither topping the Scottish Premiership table heading into the festive period, several Rangers and Celtic players have been crowned as the Scottish Premiership’s most valuable players.
That is according to popular football website TransferMarkt, which has released its Scottish Premiership market value update this week as we approach the midway point in the 2025/26 season.
According to the website’s data, the Old Firm duo’s squad value has had the biggest drop since the beginning of the campaign, while Hearts have overtaken Hibs and Aberdeen to become the third most valuable squad. Hearts’ Alexandros Kyziridis has had the largest individual increase, with his market value up by €1.2 1.2million. Rangers' summer signings Youssef Chermiti and Nasser Djiga have had the biggest downgrades.
But who do they rank as the top flight’s most valuable players this season? Here, we take a look at the 10 most valuable Scottish Premiership players, from 10-1.
