5. Rangers 8, Hamilton 0
08/11/20 - Emphatic, ruthless, relentless, call it what you like. James Tavernier was commanding as captain in a stunning attacking display from Rangers which not only exhibited everything positive about Steven Gerrard's side, but also boosted their goal difference to 34 - 13 goals superior to second-placed Celtic and in itself crucial if things were to come to a crunch as the season came to a climax... in the end it wouldn't be needed. 6. Rangers 4, Aberdeen 0
Ryan Kent's top corner opener kicked off another resounding home win for Steven Gerrard's side and highlighted the gulf even between the leaders and the third-placed Dons. Clean sheet for Allan McGregor also meant Rangers' sound defensive base had not conceded a domestic goal at Ibrox as the Scottish season entered December. Photo: Alan Harvey - SNS Group

7. Rangers 3, Motherwell 1
19/12/20 - Character test passed, with merit. After tumbling out of the Betfred Cup in the midweek before the wheels could have come off the Rangers juggernaut when Calum Lang gave Motherwell the lead - and scored the first visitors' league goal at Ibrox. However a lethargic Rangers shook themselves into shape for the second half and ran out 3-1 winners thanks to Kemar Roofe's double and one from sub Cedric Itten. Photo: Ross MacDonald - SNS Group

8. Rangers 1, Celtic 0
02/01/21 - The Old Firm match seemed pivotal to how the second half of the season would pan out - and it fell in Rangers' favour through Calum McGregor's own goal. The result moved Steven Gerrard's side NINETEEN points ahead of Celtic, who still had three games to catch up on. But while that distorted the table, Rangers' commanding lead of at least ten points was guaranteed and looked decisive even then. Photo: Craig Williamson - SNS Group
