Rangers v Celtic Scottish Cup quarter-final date, kick-off time and TV details confirmed
All four Scottish Cup quarter-finals to be shown on live TV
The dates, kick-off times and TV details for the Scottish Cup quarter-finals have been confirmed by the Scottish Football Association.
The last eight will begin on the evening of Friday, March 6 when Falkirk host either Dundee United or Spartans at Falkirk Stadium in a 7.45pm kick-off live on BBC Scotland.
The Bairns required extra-time to get past League One side Stenhousemuir in the previous round, winning 2-0 thanks to goals from Brad Spencer and Barney Stewart.

United and Spartans have yet to play their fifth round tie after the original match was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Tannadice. The game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 17.
Next up is Dunfermline Athletic against either Aberdeen or Motherwell at East End Park on Saturday, March 7. The game will start at 7.30pm live on Premier Sports.
The Pars have already knocked out Hibs and also beat Kelty Hearts to reach the quarter-finals. Neil Lennon's men will find out who stand between them and a place in the Hampden semis when Aberdeen host Motherwell at Pittodrie in the rearranged fifth round match on Wednesday, February 18.
The tie of the round then takes place on Sunday, March 8 as Rangers host Celtic at Ibrox Stadium in a 1pm kick-off live on Premier Sports. The Light Blues thrashed Queen’s Park 8-0 in the previous round while the Hoops survived a major scare to beat Dundee 2-1 in extra-time.
It remains to be seen whether Celtic will recieve a full ticket allocation for the match with Scottish Cup rules stating that away clubs have the right to claim up to 20 per cent of tickets, which equates to about 10,000 fans at Ibrox. Rules add that the area of the ground for away fans is agreed by both clubs and police, and stadium safety laws are taken into account.
Celtic fans traditionally filled the Broomloan Stand, which has about 7,500 seats, but their allocation was slashed by Rangers to less than 1,000 in May 2018. There was a complete absence of fans at the fixtures for a spell before both clubs last season introduced away allocations of about five per cent with additional security arrangements introduced, including safety nets.
The final Scottish Cup quarter-final tie takes place later on Sunday, March 8 with St Mirren hosting Partick Thistle in a 7.30pm kick-off live on BBC Scotland. Both teams knocked out lower league opposition in the last 16 with the Buddies overcoming Airdrieonians while the Jags edged past Elgin City.
