Euro 2024 is now just hours away from beginning and football fans from across Europe are gearing up for a feast of summer football.
Who will win the tournament? Who will take the Golden Boot? Which players will shine - and who will be the young stars that light up the tournament? Over the years, the likes of Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Pedri - the latest star to announce his arrival on the big stage when he shone in Spain’s run to the semi-finals at Euro 2020 - have made a big impact.
While Jude Bellingham and Florian Wirtz will head to the tournament having already exploded on the European stage, which other young starlets could enter the tournament with little fanfare - but leave a superstar?
Here are the 10 young players with enormous potential that we’re tipping for big futures.

9. João Neves (Portugal)
The Portugal squad is jam packed with experience and world class ability, however, João Neves is the player most Portuguese fans are excited by. Tipped as the country's next wonderkid, he has been linked with Manchester United this summer already. He's got speed, a fine range of passing and a real maturity in his play. 10. Arda Güler (Turkey)
Just 19, the Turkish attacking midfielder helped Real Madrid lift the La Liga title this year, scoring six goals in 10 games. The Spanish giants picked Güler up from Fenerbahçe's academy last summer and he's taken his big chance with both hands. He's exciting with the ball at his feet, offers an array of tricks and flicks and knocks exactly where the back of the net is. | AFP via Getty Images
