Cup holders Celtic then host top flight rivals Kilmarnock on Saturday, January 18, 2025, in a match which will be shown live on Premier Sports, with a 5.30pm kick-off. Two ties will be aired on Sunday, January 19, 2025 starting with the surprise selection of the all-Championship affair between Falkirk and Raith Rovers at Falkirk Stadium. The match, which will see Bairns boss John McGlynn come up against his former club, has been scheduled for a 12 noon kick-off live on Premier Sports.

Rangers then host Highland League side Fraserburgh later that day with the match at Ibrox kicking off at 2.15pm and being shown live on BBC One Scotland. The teams previously met at the same stage of the competition in 2018 where a Gers side managed by Graeme Murty claimed a 3-0 win at Bellslea Park courtesy of a Josh Windass hat-trick.
