Hello and welcome to The Scotsman’s live coverage of the big news stories in Scottish football today.

It’s a big day at Celtic with the club’s AGM due to start at 11.30am. Even though the event is being held virtually, the board are expected to face some tough questions set in by supporters.

Neil Lennon’s men have won consecutive games after only finding victory twice in a dozen matches. However, even the Celtic boss himself admits it won’t be enough to get fans back onside with the reigning champions trailing rivals Rangers by 13 points.

As for the Ibrox side, they continue to motor on after yesterday’s 2-1 victory over Dundee United made it nine successive wins in the league. James Tavernier took his goal tally to 17 for the season with an incredible free-kick.

Hearts, meanwhile, will begin their preparations for the Scottish Cup final encounter with Celtic next Sunday.
