How to watch Celtic v Livingston
Celtic can close the gap to Premiership leaders Hearts when they host bottom club Livingston on Wednesday night.
Martin O’Neill’s side are currently third in the table, nine points behind Hearts, who extended their lead with a late 1-0 win over Hibs in the Edinburgh derby at Tynecastle on Tuesday.
The defending champions are playing catch-up after a tumultous season which has seen them part company with two managers - Brendan Rodgers resigning in October amid a fall-out with the board while Wilfried Nancy was sacked in January after just 33 days in charge following six defeats in eight matches.
O’Neill picked up the reins on both occasions and has yet to suffer a domestic defeat over 12 games at the helm across two spells. He came mightily close in the Scottish Cup at the weekend, with a 97th minute equaliser from debutant Junior Adamu preventing a 1-0 defeat by Dundee before substitute Sebestian Tounekti struck the winner in extra-time.
Anything other than a Celtic victory over Livingston would be a major shock given the Lions are in last place with just 11 points from 25 matches and are without a victory since August. Marvin Bartley has taken over as manager from David Martindale - who has moved upstairs into a sporting director role - but the former Queen of the South boss suffered a defeat in his first match in charge, going down 2-0 at home to Falkirk last week.
