Celtic and Rangers are useful outlets which agents can use to drum up column inches and interest in their clients.

It is nothing new in the transfer window with the noise surrounding the two Glasgow clubs rivalling anything in England. Potential big name signings from the Premier League gets the hopes of fans up, and with the presence of Steven Gerrard and previously Brendan Rodgers only increases the speculation due to the reputation they have and their relationships with certain players.
