Celtic’s search for their next manager continues, with interim head coach Martin O’Neill admitting he hopes for some clarity on the club’s position over the international break.
Following the resignation of Brendan Rodgers a fortnight ago, the 73-year-old former title winning Celtic boss was placed in interim charge of the club, and has been able to win three of his first four games in charge, scoring 12 goals in the process, though he admitted it is not yet known if he will be handed the reins on a more permanent basis following his side’s 4-0 win over Kilmarnock on Sunday.
With the decision of who will be appointed as the next boss of the Parkhead outfit, a decision that chairman Peter Lawwel will be desperate to get right, with Celtic trailing league leaders Hearts by seven points at the top of the Scottish Premiership and in danger of losing their crown as champions of Scotland.
Craig Bellamy, Kjetil Knutsen, Wilfried Nancy, and O’Neill himself are all in the running to be Celtic’s next head coach, but based on win percentage, who would be the best man for the job?
Here is every candidate for the next Celtic job ranked on their career win percentage, from lowest to highest:

7. Martin O'Neill - 50.5%
The interim manager has won three of his four games in charge, but admits he doesn't know how much longer he'll be in the dugout. 8. Ange Postecoglou - 52.41%
A Europa League winner with Tottenham Hotspur last season, the Australian is now viewed as having an outside chance of returning to Celtic, where he spent two extremely successful seasons between 2021 and 2023. He's won trophies almost everywhere he has gone, but his best spell came at Parkhead, where he won 73.45% of his games in charge. A simply outstanding record. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
