Celtic will look to take a huge step towards Champions League qualification as they host LASK in the playoff at Parkhead on Wednesday night (kick-off: 7pm).
Martin O’Neill’s men have started the campaign in stunning form, with their 4-0 win over Dundee United in the Premier Sports Cup at the weekend their third consecutive win, with 10 goals scored in the process. Attention now turns to European action, as they look to rid the ghosts of last season when they failed to qualify after losing to Kairat Almaty in the playoffs.
As for their visitors, LASK, the Austrian outfit have aspirations of their own, with a positive result in the east end of Glasgow likely to go a long way towards helping them qualify for the tournament for the first time in their history.
