Celtic will target a fourth successive league win as they welcome in-form Dundee United to Parkhead in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday night (kick-off: 7.45pm).
Martin O’Neill’s men shrugged off their midweek defeat to Celta Vigo in the Europa League to go four points clear at the top of the table by beating Hibs in the capital at the weekend. Falling behind to Owen Elding’s strike after just two minutes, the Hoops responded via a Jason Kerr own goal and a strike from Camilo Duran before the break to take all three points.
They’ll face a sterner test this Wednesday though, with visitors Dundee United arriving in the east end of Glasgow on the back of an impressive five-game unbeaten run. Their 3-2 win over Aberdeen at the weekend saw them leapfrog rivals Dundee into fourth position following their loss at St Mirren.
