Celtic moved within a point of league leaders Hearts after a stirring second-half performance saw them down rivals Rangers 3-1 in the Scottish Premiership at Parkhead.
Rangers got themselves off to a perfect start when Mikey Moore tapped home (9) after good work by Youssef Chermiti, but Celtic found themselves level shortly afterwards when Yang Hyun-jun finished off a fine team move. Benjamin Nygren appeared to be offside and in Jack Butland’s line of view, however, referee Nick Walsh allowed the goal to stand after a VAR check.
Martin O’Neill’s men went into the lead when Daizen Maeda finished from close range after a superb cross from Kieran Tierney in the 53rd minute, before he sent the home crowd into raptures just three minutes later with a stunning overkick from just inside the area.
The result keeps Celtic dreams of winning the title alive with just two games of the season left. Next up is Motherwell on Wednesday night at Fir Park, whilst Rangers - whose title hopes are now officially over - host Hibs at Ibrox.

21. Daizen Maeda (Celtic) - 9
The Celtic-Maeda love affair is back in full swing. Pressing caused panic in the Rangers defence in the opening stages, and won his side the game in the second half. That overkick is one that will go down in history as one of the best goals ever seen as Parkhead. Outstanding. | PA

22. Youssef Chermiti (Rangers) - 6
Played through by Moore and should have hit the target in the opening throws of the game, but made up for it with an assist shortly afterwards. Plenty of effort, but he drifted out of the game too easily. | PA

23. Rangers subs:
Dujon Sterling (6) -Had little impact on proceedings Bojan Miovski (5) - No impact in the final half an hour Thelo Aasgaard (4) - No impact whatsoever Djeidi Gassama (4) - As above | PA

24. Celtic subs:
Sebastian Tounekti (7) - A positive impact as coming on at the break. Reo Hatate (N/A) - Late sub. Kelechi Iheanacho (N/A) - Late sub. Anthony Ralston (N/A) - Late sub. | PA
