Celtic head coach Wilfried Nancy will look to avoid a fifth successive defeat when he welcomes an improving Aberdeen side to Parkhead in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday (kick-off: 3pm).
The 48-year-old boss is facing calls for his dismissal just two weeks into his Celtic tenure after becoming the first manager to lose all four of his opening games as Hoops head coach. A win against Aberdeen feels almost non-negotiable.
It’ll be no easy task, though, with their visitors heading into the game on the back of some impressive league form. After a shambolic start to the campaign for Jimmy Thelin’s side, the Dons beat Kilmarnock 2-1 at Pittodrie last weekend to make it four wins from their last five league games. Their strong recent form has catapulted them back into the top six of the table.
