Celtic's search for a head coach continues following the surprise resignation of Brendan Rodgers little over a fortnight ago, though, interim boss Martin O’Neill has managed to steady the ship with three wins in his first four games.
The thumping 4-0 win over Kilmarnock at the weekend helped Celtic cut the gap from league leaders Hearts to seven points, and the reigning champions will look to ramp up their efforts to catch their Tynecastle title rivals in the weeks ahead as they make a decision on their new head coach.
Whoever is named as the club’s new boss, there’s no doubting that they will have one eye on the January transfer window as they look to mould the team more to their liking.
But which players could depart in the coming weeks and months? With several players in the final year of their Parkhead contracts, a number of players are already sweating over their future. But which players will see their Celtic careers reassessed this coming summer - and which will leave the club?
Here are all 10 players set to see their Celtic contracts expire in summer 2026:

5. Jude Bonnar
With the club since the age of seven, the teenage midfielder made his first debut for the club in February, before moving to Ayr United on loan in the summer. His long association with the club could finish in the summer, though, with his contract expiring. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

6. Kasper Schmeichel
Signed on a free transfer 18 months ago, the Danish international has been a regular in the Celtic net ever since. Agreed a one-year extension in the summer, with no new deal yet agreed between the club and the player, he is set to depart in May as it stands. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

7. Tobi Oluwayemi
The former England youth international is currently on loan at Kilmarnock, playing two of the club's last three league games. Yet to make his senior debut for Celtic, the 22-year-old goalkeeper is out of contract at the end of the season. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

8. Marcelo Saracchi
Signed on a season-long from Boca Juniors in the summer, the Uruguayan left-back has impressed Celtic fans, but is set for a spell on the sidelines after picking up a hamstring injury against Kilmarnock at the weekend. His loan deal will expire in the summer. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group
