It is set to be a busy end to the January transfer window for Celtic, with the £10million departure of Kyogo Furuhashi meaning Brendan Rodgers will likely be forced in the market in order to recruit a replacement.
While Furuhashi’s sale has been offset by the exciting news of Jota’s arrival in the opposite direction, it does leave the Scottish champions with just Adam Idah to call on in the forward positions as they look to secure a domestic treble, and make the latter stages of the UEFA Champions League.
The transfer rumours have already began to swirl around Celtic Park since the news of the popular Japanese’s forward’s exit, but which players could they look target in order to plug a big gap in their squad?
Here we look at 10 strikers Celtic could look to sign in the final week of the transfer window, in order to replace Kyogo Furuhashi.

5. Tammy Abraham - AC Milan
There's speculation around a big-name loan from the English Premier League, with Abraham mentioned as a potential stopgap. The English forward has struggled at Milan this season and has scored just twice in the Serie A. 6. Emmanuel Latte Lath - Middlesbrough
Subject of an £18million bid from Atlanta United in recent weeks, Latte Lath is expensive, but Celtic have shown they aren't frightened to splash the cash if they deem the player an ideal for the squad. The Ivorian is a good age (26), while his experience in different leagues, including Serie A and the Swiss Super League, shows versatility which will be beneficial in adapting to the Scottish game. 7. Daniel Cummings - Celtic
The 18-year-old Celtic youngster is hot property, and has been linked to numerous clubs across England and further afield after bagging 24 goals for Celtic's B team. Could he save the Hoops money this month and step up to the first team? | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

8. Louie Barry - Aston Villa
Celtic have already saw a bid of £5million plus add-ons rejected for the highly-rated youngster according to reports. While he is more often than not deployed as a winger, he is capable of playing through the middle as a nine, and clearly has an eye for goal after scoring 15 times in just 23 games on loan at Stockport County this season. Reports claim he is edging closer to a move to Hull City on loan though, while Jota's arrival may end Celtic's interest in the player this month. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
