Scottish football is gearing up for another weekend of football - with added snow.
So far Hibs’ trip to Dingwall for a clash with Ross County in the premiership is off, as is Inverness’ match just along the road.
Of the games that do go ahead Ibrox is expected to be unaffected for Kyle Lafferty’s return to Scottish football with new club Kilmarnock. His former side Hearts played out a 1-1 draw in snow-free Dumfries last night and he faces his other ex-SPFL employers this afternoon in his new club colours.
Rangers of course could extend their advantage at the top with Celtic not in action until tomorrow in what will likely be another eventful couple of days in the national football scene – assuming the games get the go-ahead..
It could go a long way to deciding how the leagues pan out – including who are in the top six and vying for European spots next season.
And it’s with one eye on next season a host of transfer links, stories and speculation continue to dominate gossip and football rumours.
