Celtic miss out on striker, Rangers lead race to re-sign star, Hearts eye £10m fee - Scottish transfers
Scottish Premiership transfer news and rumours
Here are the latest transfer rumours across the Scottish Premiership this Tuesday morning...
Celtic miss out on striker
Celtic are set to miss out on Elias Filat amid reports that the French striker has opted for a move to Belgium instead.
The Scottish champions had been credited with a serious interest in the 24-year-old following a prolific season for Swiss side FA Aarau, where he scored 22 goals in all competitions.
Reports indicated that Celtic "stepped up" their pursuit earlier in June, holding a formal video call with Filet's representatives to outline a contract proposal before approaching Aarau with a transfer bid.
However, fan media outlet Celts Are Here claim that the deal has collapsed due to a lack of urgency on the part of Celtic, and that the player has now opted to join Belgian side RAAL La Louvière in a deal worth roughly €600,000.

Rangers 'frontrunners' to re-sign star
It has been claimed that Rangers are frontrunners to re-sign Tottenham starlet Mikey Moore on loan. The 18-year-old winger became a massive fan favourite in Glasgow last season, scoring seven goals and providing four assists across 47 appearances on his way to winning the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Season award. Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi rates Moore highly but believes the youngster is not yet ready for regular Premier League minutes. Spurs have ruled out a permanent sale - valuing him near £40m - but have sanctioned another loan to prioritise his development. Moore is reportedly very keen on returning to Scotland despite alternative offers from clubs in the Engish Championship and across Europe.
Former Rangers striker Kenny Miller believes Moore will end up back in Glasgow. He said: "I would be very surprised if Ibrox wasn't his destination, given he spoke so fondly about his time there, how much he enjoyed it, and how it's been a really good spell for his development."
Hearts eye £10m fee
Hearts will demand £8m-£10m for Portuguese striker Claudio Braga with French club Lyon and others showing interest. Lyon are looking to fill the centre-forward position following the return of on-loan Brazilian Endrick to Real Madrid. They see Braga as a potential replacement and are interested in doing a deal with Tynecastle officials.
Hearts signed Braga last year for £430,000 from the Norwegian second division side SK Aalesunds. However, they will want up to £10m to sell the 26-year-old, who enjoyed an outstanding season in Scotland. He won multiple Player of the Year awards, including from PFA Scotland, after scoring 17 goals and claiming six assists in 44 appearances.
Hearts already appear to have a potential replacement lined up with reports claiming that they are preparing a move for PEC Zwolle hitman Koen Kostons. The 26-year-old, who has also played in Sweden, Germany, and Belgium, provided 11 goals and six assists in 34 outings for the Eredivisie outfit last season. Kostons still has three years left on his deal with Zwolle and De Stentor are reporting that the Jambos would need to fork out around €1.5million to take him to Gorgie.
Meanwhile, Hearts have confirmed the departure of Michael Steinwender to VfL Bochum in Germany. The defender makes the move to the 2.Bundesliga side for an undisclosed fee with the Tynecastle club understood to have made a profit on the player they signed from Swedish club Varnamo 18 months ago.
