From Edinburgh to the world – commercial and industrial cleaning firm expands with new wholesale brand KLINYA

This year owner Mildret Ramirez hasn’t just visited trade shows in some of Europe’s capital cities to spread the Flexi Clean word and gather knowledge and expertise, she has launched her own brand, KLINYA, as a wholesaler supplier to other industrial and commercial cleaning companies across the UK.

This UK wide expansion is taking her brand right across the country, offering commercial services with a very human touch. It’s the latest in a powerful drive to set themselves up as the leading firm offering professional services with a friendly attitude, carving out a unique way of doing business.

What’s new

The KLINYA range is labelled as ‘magic in a bottle’, with affordable, hard-working cleaning products designed by the trade for the trade. With a fully stocked e-commerce website delivering across the UK, Mildret says this latest innovation by the wholesaler is very important to Flexiclean Group LTD: “Whether it’s essential supplies or advanced cleaning materials, our goal is to make sure businesses have access to the best products available.

“I visit the factory myself and to make sure I am getting the very best products available.”

The Millie magic

As the matriarch behind the family business, Mildret (affectionately known as Millie) is the 24/7 energy driving Flexiclean Group LTD forward. Her can-do attitude has led to a summer of success for the firm and its commercial and industrial clients.

She said: “I never tire of seeking out the latest products for my clients. This year alone, I attended trade expos in London, Berlin, and Madrid to stay informed about the newest developments in the industry — all to ensure we deliver the very best for our clients.

“Now that we are moving into wholesale as well this is more important than ever, and as Flexiclean Group LTD is offering its services right across the UK we will forever work our hardest to do our best for clients.”

She added: “It’s been an incredible summer for Flexiclean Group LTD, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved. Our hardworking team has been busy delivering top-notch cleaning services across hotels, hospitality venues, and new developments. Thanks to their dedication, we’ve had glowing feedback from happy clients who appreciate the high standards we bring to every job.

“At Flexiclean Group LTD, we believe in more than just clean spaces—we’re committed to creating lasting partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting businesses big and small. Thank you to all our clients and partners for your trust and support. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Flexiclean Group Limited and KLINYA.”

Mildret’s own drive for success has been recognised by the LACAE (Latin America Community in Scotland) for her work in the community who described her as a Colombian and Latin American power woman, not least because she has been working in the industry and striving to build her own best brand since she was just 14 years old. Mildret told the organisation that giving so many people work through her company was ‘a dream come true’.
