Huge crowds have been spotted lining up to try Edinburgh’s new jacket potato van.
Dozens of eager locals arrived at the city’s Fountain Park on Monday to have a taste of the area’s latest food spot.
Spud Dads launched back in October and attend events across the country including festivals, markets and weddings.

On Monday, they opened their food truck and served a range of 'gourmet' baked potatoes to a large line of customers.

The first 50 customers who attended the opening received a free spud.
On their social media page, they wrote: “After a stressful morning with a few things outwith our control, we’re buzzing to say it all came together in the end.
“Massive thanks to everyone who braved the cold and came along to support us on opening day — it honestly means the world to the three Spud Dads.
“We’re back at it again tomorrow and open from 11:30am (it will actually be 11:30 this time).”
