Luxury Scottish hotel launches ‘hedonistic’ brunch

A luxury boutique hotel is set to launch a new weekend brunch offering.

The Hoxton, Edinburgh has announced the launch of its first Hedonistic Brunch series - a monthly celebration of wines and indulgent brunch food, hosted in the hotel’s exclusive Apartment events space.

Taking place on the last Sunday of each month, the ticketed event will be centred around a rotating guest pour, from chilled reds and rosé to sakes, served alongside an ample buffet designed to be paired with the drinks.

The first Hedonistic Brunch will take place from 11:30am to 2pm on Sunday 26 July, with sparkling rosé and white wines from Bellavista Winery.

The wines will be served with a generous Italian-inspired brunch created by Patatino’s executive chef Andrea Zambrano, complete with a made-to-order ravioli station, braided ‘treccia’ of mozzarella, vibrant salads, and plenty of tiramisù.

Guests will be seated on beautifully-set long tables for convivial dining, and a live DJ set will accompany each brunch, rounding off the week with great music, food, drink, and company.

Tickets are priced at £45 and include two drinks and food, and can be purchased online via the hotel’s website.

This new addition to the hotel’s hospitality offering comes off the back of a sandwich pop-up collaboration with local chef Rob Casson, aka the King of Feasts.
