We've made Mark cool to be kind
Real Radio's Football Phone-in presenter Mark Benstead took a dunk in Edinburgh Rugby's ice bath as part of Bring a Pound to Work Day.
Players Gregor Hunter and Robin Hislop added to the pain by hurling ice into the bath as Mr Benstead took a dip.
The event was held in aid of the Children's Hospice Association Scotland, which provides the only hospice services in Scotland for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
